
Ingredients
- 1 pack of 6 premium sausages
- 100 ml of Skimmed Milk
- 1 egg
- 70g flour
- pinch of salt
Method
- Heat oven to 180C
- Line a dish (approx12x9 inches) with greaseproof paper
- Place sausages in dish and bake for 20 mins
- Mix flour, eggs, milk and salt in bowl to form batter
- TIP: Check batter goes “blop blop” when whisked with a metal spoon if not add a drop of water (grandma taught me this)
- Pour batter on sausages and bake in oven for another 20-25 mins.
